This series of 7/16 connectors with characteristic impedance of 50 Ohm has been designed to achieve an extremely tough connector series to be used in a harsh environment.

High level of electrical performance and reliability, very low attenuation and intermodulation, matched with a screw-lock system, allow its use in medium to high power radio equipment applications. The connectors comply with the most widely recognised international standards like the CECC 22190 and its operating frequency is up to 8 GHz.

These connectors are widely used for connecting transmission systems, sub-systems and microwave equipment in general. The main types are for attachment on:
- antenna cables
- panel mounting.
