This series of SMB connectors with characteristic impedance of 50 Ohm has been designed to achieve a high level of electrical performance and reliability in applications where space is limited and environmental conditions are critical. The components comply with the most widely recognised international standards like the CECC 22130 and CECC 22140 and offer electrical performance up to 4 GHz (10 GHz for the SMC series).

These connectors are generally used for connecting systems, sub-systems and microwave equipment in general. The main types are for attachment on semi-rigid and flexible cables and for panel mounting.
